摘　　要：针对城铁花桥站—光夏路站盾构工程中出现的漏浆漏沙现象,对洞内更换盾尾刷技术进行具体的阐述,详细介绍了盾尾封堵、拼装机工装安装、盾尾刷更换等流程中的技术要点,对盾尾刷损坏的原因与防护措施进行分析和总结。In view of the phenomenon of slurry leakage and sand leakage in the shield project of Huaqiao Station and Guangxia Road Station of City Railway,the technology of shield tail brush replacement in the tunnel is elaborated in detail,and the technical key points in the process of shield tail seal,assembly tool installation and shield tail brush replacement are introduced in detail.The causes of shield tail brush damage and protective measures are analyzed and summarized.
