摘 要:针对大直径盾构机刀盘存在体积大、质量重及运输困难等诸多问题,采用分块运输再进行径向和周向组装焊接。论文着力解决了运输超宽超重、焊接形变、壳体直径及圆度偏差大、错边量偏差大及施工工期长等一系列难题。通过对刀盘分块优化对比、刀盘组装测量定位、焊接工艺优化等多方面展开研究,降低刀盘拼装质量风险和施工成本。The cutter head of large diameter shield machine has many problems,such as large volume,heavy mass and difficult transportation,and then the radial and circumferential assembly welding is carried out by block transportation.The paper focuses on solving a series of problems,such as excessively wide transportation,welding deformation,large deviation of shell diameter and roundness,large deviation of wrong side quantity and long construction period.The quality risk and construction cost of cutter head assembly can be reduced by studying the optimization and comparison of cutter head division,measurement and positioning of cutter head assembly,welding process optimization and so on.
