摘　　要：为了有效提升光伏电站EPC总承包模式在控制工程造价方面的有效性和可行性,论文对影响光伏电站EPC总承包模式工程造价控制的因素进行分析,对总承包模式在项目设计、招投标、合同管理以及工程管理等不同阶段的造价控制措施进行了探究。In order to effectively improve the effectiveness and feasibility of the EPC general contracting mode of photovoltaic power station in controlling project cost,the paper analyzes the factors affecting the project cost control of the EPC general contracting mode of photovoltaic power station,and explores the cost control measures of the general contracting mode in different stages of project design,bidding,contract management and project management.
