摘  要:东部某城市开展A流域水环境综合治理,为实现对A流域水环境治理工程智慧化的管理和控制,落实水务设施的精细化管理,运用物联网、移动互联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能等先进技术,构建了具备信息处理、项目监管、资产维护、效果评估、应急指挥、联合调度等功能的智慧管控平台。平台实施后,将全面提升乡镇流域分散型水务设施运营管理水平和服务水平,为保障水务设施的安全稳定运行提供现代智慧化管理手段,并为设施的高效运行与安全保障提供“互联网+”新型水务管理模式。A city in the eastern region is carrying out comprehensive water environment management in the A basin,in order to achieve intelligent management and control of the A basin water environment management project and implement refined management of water facilities.Utilize advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things,mobile internet,big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence.We have built a smart control platform with functions such as information processing,project supervision,asset maintenance,effectiveness evaluation,emergency command,and joint scheduling.After the implementation of the platform,it will comprehensively improve the operation and management level and service level of decentralized water facilities in township basins,provide modern intelligent management means to ensure the safe and stable operation of water facilities,and provide a new water management model of“Internet plus”for the efficient operation and safety assurance of facilities.
