摘　　要：中华人民共和国成立75年来,中国共产党在全国执政走过了不平凡的发展历程,推动中国社会及人民生活发生了历史性变革,为国家富强和民族振兴、人民幸福与社会安宁及人类的和平发展做出了重大贡献。社会运行有其自身规律,即任何社会在发展过程中都会产生一系列变革,只不过因政党执政的社会政治纲领的不同会呈现出不同的发展方向,有的符合时代发展的大势和民众意愿,有的则正好相反。新中国成立以来的历史性变革证明,中国共产党以其辉煌的执政业绩和成就,赢得了历史的选择,呼应了人民的期盼,成为风雨来袭时中国人民的主心骨,不愧为马克思主义的先进政党,是中国社会不断变革发展的主导力量,中国特色社会主义事业的坚强领导核心。中国共产党的领导和执政地位是推进中国式现代化,实现强国建设、民族复兴伟业的客观需要。Over the 75 years since the founding of the People s Republic of China,the CPC has gone through an extraordinary course of development in governing the whole country,pushed forward historic changes in Chinese society and people s lives,and has made significant contributions to the prosperity and strength of the country,national rejuvenation,the happiness of the people and social stability,and the peaceful development of mankind.As can be seen from the laws governing the functioning of societies,all societies in the course of their development are subject to a number of changes,which,depending on the socio-political programmes of the political parties in power,take different directions,some in line with the general trend of the times and the will of the people,and some in the opposite direction.The historic changes since the founding of New China have fully proved that the CPC,with its brilliant governing performance and contributions,has won the choice of history,responded to the people s expectations,become the backbone of the Chinese people in times of storms and rains,and deserves to be called an advanced Marxist political party,the dominant force in the continuous change and development of Chinese society,and a strong nucleus of leadership in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The leadership and leading position of the CPC is an objective necessity for the advancement of Chinese-style modernization and the realization of the great cause of national rejuvenation and the building of a strong nation.
