摘　　要：既有平台劳动过程研究侧重研究网约车、外卖等劳动密集型按需平台的劳动控制,以及内容生产型平台劳动者的自我规训,较为关注新兴劳动群体,对传统职业群体的平台化转型没有给予足够关注。随着房产交易平台的崛起,房产经纪人已经成为平台劳动者,具有高自主性的经纪人缘何在房产交易平台上秩序井然值得探究。引入空间视角探究这一群体的劳动过程可以发现:一方面,平台通过数字空间生产达成对经纪人的三重劳动控制,即通过前后空间的区隔生产控制经纪人的可见性;通过数字空间的等级生产调节经纪人的可见度;通过空间意识形态的生产塑造经纪人的空间感知。另一方面,经纪人开展多样的空间实践对劳动控制予以回应,包括基于强烈的空间认同进行位置的自我检视和同行监视;迎合算法或者采用逆算法策略回应平台可见度调节;通过开拓平台之外的外部空间来挣脱平台的可见性控制。房产经纪人劳动过程研究揭示了平台中介性在劳动控制中的重要作用,补充了平台劳动过程控制机制的新维度。The existing research on platform labor focuses on labor control of labor-intensive on-demand platforms such as ride-hailing and food delivery platforms and self-discipline of workers on content production platforms,which pays more attention to new labor groups than traditional labor groups undergoing platform transformation.With the rise of real estate trading platforms,agents have turned into platform workers,and why agents with high autonomy are in order under real estate trading platforms need to be studied.By introducing a spatial perspective to explore the labor process of agents,the research finds out that the platform controls the labor of agents through triple digital space production mechanisms,including controlling the visibility of agents through the production of distinciton of front and back spaces,regulating the visibility of agents through the hierarchical production of digital space,and cultivating spatial ideologies that influence agents'perceptions.Agents,in turn,carry out multi-spatial practices in the digital space in their respons,including self assessment and peer surveillance grounded in strong spatial identity,catering to algorithms or using inverse algorithmic strategies to respond to platform visibility adjustments,and exploring external spaces beyond platform constraints to evade visibility controls.The research on the labor process of real estate agents reveals the important role the platform plays in terms of intermediation,and enriches the mechanisms of platform labor control.
