摘  要:针对大宽高比平面直升门在水流脉动压力作用下的动力特性问题,通过自振特性分析方法得到金汇港南闸中孔闸门的自振频率,通过物理模型试验测得不同工况下闸门模型上的脉动压力,采用快速傅里叶变换技术对脉动压力进行了频谱分析,得到各测点水流脉动压力的功率谱函数,并与自振特性结果进行对比判断是否会产生共振;将测得的水流脉动压力转换为有限元计算的节点荷载,采用随机振动法进行数值模拟,分析了闸门的流激振动响应,得到闸门不同开度条件下的动位移、动应力等响应结果。研究结果表明:水流脉动优势频率在1 Hz以内,与闸门一阶自振频率1.42 Hz错开度较大,不易产生共振;闸门动位移响应小于0.25 mm,最大总应力为8.15 MPa,闸门在不同开度条件下的动响应均在结构允许范围内,具有较高的安全性。In view of the dynamic characteristics of planar vertical-lift gates with large aspect ratio under the influence of pulsating pressure from water flow,the natural vibration frequency of the middle hole gate of the Jinhui Harbour South Gate was obtained through the analysis of natural vibration characteristics.The pulsating pressure on the gate model under different conditions was measured through physical model tests.The power spectrum functions of pulsating pressure at various measurement points were obtained through spectral analysis using the fast Fourier transform technique.These results were compared with the natural vibration characteristics to determine whether resonance would occur.The measured pulsating pressure was converted into nodal loads for finite element calculations,and random vibration methods were employed for numerical simulations to analyze the flow-induced vibration response of the gate,yielding results for dynamic displacement,dynamic stress,and other response factors under different gate opening conditions.The research results show that the dominant frequency of the pulsating pressure is below 1 Hz,with a large offset from the first-order natural frequency of the gate,which is 1.42 Hz,making resonance unlikely.The dynamic displacement response of the gate is less than 0.25 mm,and the maximum total stress is 8.15 MPa.Under various gate opening conditions,the dynamic response of the gate remains within the allowable structural range,indicating a high level of safety.
