摘 要:为研究上覆遗留煤柱下沿空掘巷巷道布置的合理位置,以色连二矿12411工作面回风巷道布设为背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟与工程实践等相结合的方法,对其进行了系统地分析。研究表明:当上覆遗留煤柱宽度过大时,其中的弹性区会对下伏煤层的应力分布产生较大影响,垂直应力会以“应力泡”的形式向下方传导,与下伏煤层采空区一侧所产生的支承压力进行叠加,使得下伏煤层保护煤柱塑性区变宽,应力峰值增大。基于此,通过极限平衡理论确定了保护煤柱合理宽度为9.84~12.42 m,利用数值模拟软件还原了工作面开采后的应力分布状态,综合理论分析和数值模拟最终确定将巷道布置在距离煤柱边缘12 m处。根据现场实测反馈,在距离12412工作面运输顺槽12 m处布置巷道,回风巷道两帮最大变形量为272 mm,顶底板最大变形量为119 mm,巷道围岩变形稳定,能够满足实际生产需求,为类似煤层群条件下巷道位置选择提供了有益的借鉴与参考。In order to investigate the reasonable location of the roadway layout along the open cut under the overlying residual coal pillar,a systematic study has been carried out by combining theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and engineering practice with the background of the layout of the return roadway in the 12411 working face of Selian No.2 mine.The study shows that:when the width of the overlying residual coal pillar is too large,the elastic zone therein will have a greater impact on the stress distribution of the underlying coal seam,the vertical stress will be transmitted downward in the form of"stress bubble",superimposed on the support pressure generated on the side of the mining airspace of the underlying coal seam,which will make the plastic zone of the protective coal pillar of the underlying seam wider,and the peak stress will be increased.increase.Based on this,a reasonable width of 9.84-12.42 m was determined by limit equilibrium theory,and numerical simulation software was used to restore the state of stress distribution after mining in the working face,and the comprehensive theoretical analysis and numerical simulation finally determined that the roadway would be arranged 12 m away from the edge of the coal pillar.According to the feedback of field measurement,the maximum deformation of the two gangs of the return roadway is 272 mm and the maximum deformation of the top and bottom plates is 119 mm when the roadway is arranged 12 m away from the tape chute of the 12412 working face,and the deformation of the peripheral rock of the roadway is stable,which is able to satisfy the actual production requirements,and it provides useful reference for the selection of the location of the roadway under the conditions of the similar coal seam group.
