摘  要:准东煤田蕴含着丰富的煤炭资源,是我国新疆大型煤炭基地的重要组成部分。以准东煤田早侏罗世八道湾组A_(2)煤层为研究对象,通过对煤岩、煤质以及煤中有害元素进行系统分析,在此基础上,结合煤炭洁净等级划分和煤炭直接液化的评价指标体系,综合分析了五彩湾矿区A_(2)煤层的洁净潜势和清洁利用方式。五彩湾矿区A_(2)煤层中硫分、氟元素和砷元素含量均小于洁净等级I级的含量限值,而灰分和氯元素含量在洁净等级Ⅱ级的含量范围之内,划分结果表明,五彩湾矿区A_(2)煤层原煤和浮煤的洁净等级均为Ⅱ级,属于较洁净煤。A_(2)煤层的煤类以褐煤为主,显微组分中惰质组含量最低,具有特低-低灰分、高-特高挥发分和高氢碳原子比的特征,原煤符合直接液化用煤的指标要求,适合作为Ⅱ级直接液化用煤,浮选后,灰分产率明显下降,浮煤达到I级直接液化用煤的标准。研究结果表明,浮煤直接液化利用可作为准东煤田五彩湾矿区煤炭资源清洁高效利用的重要途径之一。The eastern Junggar coalfield contains rich coal resources and is an important part of the large Xinjiang coal base.Undertook a multi-proxy study evaluating coal petrology,coal quality and harmful element to explore clean potential and clean utilization method of the early Jurassic Badaowan formation coal seam A_(2) in eastern Junggar coalfield,according to the evaluation index systems of coal cleanliness classification and coal direct liquefaction.The content of sulfur,fluorine and arsenic of the coal seam A_(2) in Wucaiwan mine is lower than the content limit of clean coal grade I,while the content of ash and chlorine is within the content range of clean coal grade Ⅱ.The classification results show that clean coal grade is of category Ⅱ for raw coal and floating coal,belonging to relatively clean coal.The coal type of coal seam A_(2) is mainly brown coal,with the lowest content of inertinite in the macerals.It has the characteristics of ultra-low and low ash content,high and ultra-high volatile content,and high hydrogen carbon atom ratio.The raw coal meets the standard for direct liquefaction coal and is suitable for category Ⅱ direct liquefaction coal.After flotation,the ash yield significantly decreases,and the floating coal meets the standard for category I direct liquefaction coal.Therefore,the direct liquefaction of floating coal is one of the effective ways of clean and efficient utilization of coal resources in Wucaiwan mine of the eastern Junggar coalfield.
