摘 要:研究了难浮贫煤的颗粒性质,在此基础上开展了多因素浮选试验研究,明确了试验因素对浮选效果的作用规律,得到了预测精煤产率和尾煤灰分的数学模型,预测值与试验值有较好的一致性。在优化的浮选试验条件下,在精煤灰分小于11%的前提下,精煤产率和浮选完善指标分别比实际生产指标提高了2.2个百分点和1.05个百分点,较大幅度提高了浮选效果。The particle properties of difficult to float lean coal were studied.Furthermore,multi-factor flotation experiments were carried out.The effect of experimental factors on flotation efficiency was determined.The mathematical models for predicting the yield of clean coal and the ash content of tailings were obtained,and the predicted values were in good agreement with the experimental values.Under optimized flotation conditions,when the ash content of clean coal was less than 11%,the clean coal yield and the flotation perfect index were increased by 2.2 percentage points and 1.05 percentage points respectively compared to industrial production indexes.The flotation efficiency was significantly improved.
