摘 要:煤气化废水是煤制天然气过程中低温/中温气化装置产生的主要废物流,是一种典型的高浓度难处理的工业废水,对环境产生负面影响。然而,气化废水处理过程中易于产生大量泡沫,针对固定床气化含酚废水的起泡性能和稳定性因素进行了深入研究,重点探讨了废水性质、浓度、pH等因素对泡沫稳定性的影响。研究发现,酚水泡沫的产泡能力与传输设备相关,而废水性质和环境条件也会对泡沫稳定性产生重要影响。最后,总结了影响固定床气化含酚废水起泡性能及稳定性的主要因素,并提出了相应的控制策略和建议,为酚水处理过程中泡沫的调控提供依据。Coal gasification wastewater is the main waste stream produced by the low-temperature/medium-temperature gasification plant in the process of coal-to-natural gas.It is a typical industrial wastewater with high concentration and difficult treatment,which has a negative impact on the environment.However,it is prone to producing a lot of foam during the treatment of gasification wastewater.The foaming properties and stability factors of phenol-containing wastewater from fixed bed gasification were studied,the effects of wastewater properties,concentration and pH on foam stability were discussed.It is found that the foaming ability of phenol-containing wastewater foam is related to the conveying equipment,and the properties of wastewater and environmental conditions also have important influence on foam stability.Finally,the main factors affecting the foaming performance and stability of phenol-containing wastewater in fixed bed gasification were summarized,and corresponding control strategies and suggestions were put forward to provide a basis for the regulation of foam in the process of phenol-containing wastewater treatment.
