摘　　要：Established in 1964 in Paris,France,SIAL(Salon International de I'Alimentation)has grown to become the largest food industry trade show in Asia.It has grown into a global series of food exhibitions held in cities like Shanghai,Shenzhen,Paris,Montreal,and Jakarta.The 2024 SIAL Shanghai event was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center and showcased over 5,000 exhibitors from 75 countries and regions,presenting more than 350,000 products.The event attracted 175,739 professionals from 110 countries,facilitating over 10,240 matchmaking sessions and emphasizing its importance as a key platform for global food trade.
