摘　　要：Tainan,Alishan,Pingtung,and Yunlin While Taiwan is not globally renowned as a coffee-growing powerhouse,the island boasts a rich history of coffee cultivation spanning overa century.The British initially introduced coffee plants to Taiwan,but it was during the Japanese occupation that coffee production truly began to flourish.
