摘 要:本文主要探究了化学氧化法中的光催化氧化技术在抗生素制药废水处理中的应用效果。从某制造公司采集抗生素制药废水后通过絮凝沉淀法进行预处理,然后将废水和臭氧同时通入反应装置内,利用紫外光激活催化剂,产生强氧化自由基破坏废水中的大分子有机物,达到废水处理目的。在废水处理实验中,紫外光照时间和臭氧通入量对废水中COD去除率有直接影响,在紫外光照时间为180 min、臭氧通入量为33.6 mg/min的条件下,废水浊度降低29.6%,色度去除率为95.9%,净化效果明显。This article mainly explores the application effect of photocatalytic oxidation technology in chemical oxidation method in the treatment of antibiotic pharmaceutical wastewater.After collecting antibiotic pharmaceutical wastewater from a certain manufacturing company,it is pretreated through flocculation precipitation method.Then,the wastewater and ozone are simultaneously introduced into the reaction device,and the catalyst is activated by ultraviolet light to generate strong oxidative free radicals that destroy the macromolecular organic compounds in the wastewater,achieving the goal of wastewater treatment.In the wastewater treatment experiment,the UV irradiation time and ozone flux have a direct impact on the COD removal rate in the wastewater.Under the conditions of UV irradiation time of 180 minutes and ozone flux of 33.6 mg/min,the turbidity of the wastewater is reduced by 29.6%,the chromaticity removal rate is 95.9%,and the purification effect is significant.
