摘 要:以佛山新福港广场项目为例,项目为大型商业综合体项目,工程基坑面积大,深度高,基坑内砼支护总方量约8995 m3,内支撑拆除工作量大,紧邻佛山地铁1号线魁奇路站,禁止使用爆破和震动较大的施工拆除技术。基于经济适用性、工期和基坑安全性的考虑,制定有广泛应用前景的深基坑腰梁静音无损切割吊运拆除施工技术。Taking the Foshan Xinfugang Square Project as an example,it is a large commercial complex project.The engineering foundation pit has a large area and a high depth,and the total volume of concrete support in the foundation pit is about 8,995 cubic meters.The workload of internal support demolition is large,and it is adjacent to the Kuiqi Road Station of Foshan Metro Line 1.Blasting and construction demolition techniques with greater vibration are prohibited.Based on considerations of economic applicability,construction period,and foundation pit safety,a deep foundation pit waist beam silent,non-destructive cutting,lifting,and demolition construction technology with broad application prospects is formulated.
