论司法社工介入涉罪未成年人家庭教育的完善路径

摘　　要：我国司法社工起步较晚,但其发展较快,特别是在家庭教育得到社会各界的重视之后,司法社工在涉罪未成年人的家庭教育中的作用日益明显。涉罪未成年人的家庭教育普遍存在结构不够完整,教育方式不当等问题,司法社工具有的服务方式、服务知识以及专业性能对涉罪未成年人的家庭教育起到重要的矫正作用,同时通过司法社工的观护作用进一步维护了涉罪未成年人的利益,为涉罪未成年人重入社会提供了极大帮助。文章对司法社工在涉罪未成年人家庭教育中的介入路径进行研究,以期为司法社工在涉罪未成年人家庭教育中发挥更大作用提供借鉴。Judicial social workers in China started late,but they have developed rapidly.Especially after family education has received attention from all walks of life,the role of judicial social workers in the family education of juvenile delinquents has become increasingly obvious.The family education of juvenile delinquents generally has problems such as incomplete structure and improper education methods.The service methods,service knowledge and professional performance of judicial social workers play an important corrective role in the family education of juvenile delinquents.At the same time,the interests of juvenile delinquents are further protected through the guardianship of judicial social workers,which provides great help for juvenile delinquents to re-enter society.This paper studies the intervention path of judicial social workers in the family education of juvenile delinquents,in order to provide reference for judicial social workers to play a greater role in the family education of juvenile delinquents.
