摘　　要：社会主义核心价值观的“法理”阐释和“法源”地位为其融入司法提供了实践前提。作为“法理”的社会主义核心价值观,具有衔接中国特色社会主义法治的价值共识与司法裁判的接驳功能。作为“法源”的社会主义核心价值观,指导和影响着法律的制定、解释、适用与执行过程。社会主义核心价值观与司法的实践融合存在实践旨趣和实践方法两个维度,且这两个维度相辅相成。在实践旨趣维度,社会主义核心价值观与司法的双向互动不仅促成这种价值观在社会中的广泛认同和遵循,还能够进一步深化和丰富社会主义核心价值观的具体含义和社会影响。在实践方法维度,实现社会主义核心价值观与司法的实践融合,需要从程序、法律方法和案例指导制度三方面入手。The jurisprudential interpretation of socialist core values and their status as a source of law provide a practical premise for their integration into justice.Socialist core values as jurisprudence have the function of bridging the value consensus of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics and judicial judgement.As a source of law,socialist core values guide and influence the process of making,interpreting,applying and enforcing laws.The practical integration of socialist core values and justice involves two dimensions:practical intention and practical approach,and these two dimensions complement each other.In the dimension of practical intention,the two-way interaction between socialist core values and justice not only contributes to the wide recognition and compliance of such values in the society,but also further deepens and enriches the specific meaning and social impact of socialist core values.In the dimension of practical approach,to realize the practical integration of socialist core values and justice,it is necessary to start from procedure,legal approach and case guidance system.
