摘 要:“十三五”国家重点研发计划项目“建筑节能设计基础参数研究”(2018YFC0704500)建立起支撑我国建筑热工设计、暖通空调设计、建筑能耗模拟及海洋气候条件建筑节能设计的基础数据体系,为我国建筑节能和绿色建筑发展提供基础数据支撑。为了全面呈现项目数据成果,构建可实现数据查询与维护功能的建筑节能数据共享平台。以建筑节能设计基础参数在工程应用中的使用需求为导向,完成数据平台架构设计、数据库设计及共享接口设计,实现建筑热工、暖通空调设计计算参数及建筑能耗模拟用气象数据共享功能。友好、方便、直观呈现数据及其统计与分析结果,为建筑方案设计、地域气候资源应用、建筑节能设计的定量分析和细化提供数据支撑。The 13^(th)Five-Year Plan National Key R&D Project"Research on Fundamental Parameters of Building Energy-saving Design"(2018YFC0704500)establishes a fundamental data system to support China's building thermal design,HVAC design,building energy consumption simulation,and building energy-saving design in marine climate conditions,and provides fundamental data support for China's building energy-saving and green building development.To comprehensively present the project data results,a building energy efficiency data sharing platform was built that can realize data query and maintain functions.Taking the requirements for building energy-saving design fundamental parameters in engineering applications as the guide,the data platform architecture design,database design and sharing interface design were completed to realize the sharing of building thermal and HVAC design parameters and meteorological data for building energy consumption simulation.The friendly,convenient and intuitive presentation of data and its statistical and analytical results provide data support for building scheme design,regional climate resource application and quantitative analysis and refinement of building energy-saving design.
