摘  要:自然通风是1项重要的被动式建筑节能技术措施,但在前期设计阶段,现有的建筑自然通风多是依赖于建筑师的经验设计,缺乏简易、精准和量化的评估方法。本文提出了1种基于风压频率统计的居住建筑自然通风潜力综合评价方法,并以长沙地区典型住宅为例,对不同平面形态、户型和层数等设计参数下的建筑自然通风性能进行了模拟计算和对比分析。经过验证,本文提出的方法能定量且准确反映居住建筑的自然通风潜力。结果表明,居住建筑自然通风潜力受到建筑平面户型布局、建筑形态、高度和相邻建筑的影响,也受到建筑群排布的影响。Natural ventilation is an important technical measure to save energy in passive buildings.However,in the early design stage,the existing natural ventilation of buildings mostly relies on the experienced design of architects,and lacks simple,accurate and quantitative evaluation methods.This paper proposed a comprehensive evaluation method on the natural ventilation potential of residential buildings based on wind pressure frequency statistics.Taking typical residential buildings in Changsha area as an example,the natural ventilation performance of buildings under different design parameters such as plane shape,house type and number of floors was simulated and analyzed.Verification proves that the proposed method can accurately and quantitatively reflect the natural ventilation potential of residential buildings.The results show that the natural ventilation potential of residential buildings is affected by the building plan layout,building form,height and adjacent buildings,as well as the group arrangement.
