摘 要:本文介绍了双碳背景下,上海市超低能耗建筑推进政策与发展趋势,围绕超低能耗建筑技术全过程落地展开探讨,从设计层面提炼上海市超低能耗建筑技术体系与设计特点,从施工落实层面总结了施工风险点与精细化管理的要点,以期推动超低能耗建筑更好地高质量发展。The promotion policy and development trend of ultra-low energy consumption buildings in Shanghai were introduced in this paper under the background of carbon peak and neutrality,and discussions were also made around the whole process of ultra-low energy consumption building technology implementation.In order to promote the better and high-quality development of ultra-low energy consumption buildings,the technical system and design features of ultra-low energy consumption buildings in Shanghai were extracted at design level.And on the stage of,the main focuses for construction risk and refined management were also summarized at the construction implementation level.
