尿毒清颗粒联合包醛氧淀粉治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效及对氧化应激指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探究尿毒清颗粒联合包醛氧淀粉治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效及对氧化应激指标的影响。方法以2021年4月-2023年5月吉水县人民医院收治的62例CRF患者为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为对照组(31例)和观察组(31例),对照组给予包醛氧淀粉口服治疗,观察组在其基础上联合尿毒清颗粒治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医症状积分(恶心呕吐、面浮肢肿、倦怠乏力)、肾功能指标[血肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿微量白蛋白(ALB)]、氧化应激指标[C反应蛋白(CRP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)]。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后恶心呕吐、面浮肢肿、倦怠乏力积分均低于治疗前,且观察组恶心呕吐、面浮肢肿、倦怠乏力积分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后Cr、BUN、ALB低于治疗前,且观察组Cr、BUN、ALB低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后CRP、MDA低于治疗前,SOD高于治疗前,且观察组CRP、MDA低于对照组,SOD高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论尿毒清颗粒联合包醛氧淀粉治疗CRF疗效肯定,可有效缓解患者症状,改善其肾功能,减轻机体氧化应激状态。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Niaoduqing granules combined with coated aldehyde oxystarch in the treatment of chronic renal failure(CRF)and its effect on oxidative stress indexes.Methods A total of 62 patients with CRF admitted to Jishui County People's Hospital from April 2021 to May 2023 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group(31 patients)and observation group(31 patients)by random number table method.The control group was given oral treatment of coated aldehyde oxystarch,and the observation group was treated with Niaoduqing granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores(nausea and vomiting,facial edema,lassitude),renal function indexes[serum creatinine(Cr),urea nitrogen(BUN),urinary microalbumin(ALB)],oxidative stress indexes[C-reactive protein(CRP),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)]were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of nausea and vomiting,facial edema and fatigue in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of nausea and vomiting,facial edema and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Cr,BUN and ALB in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and Cr,BUN and ALB in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CRP and MDA in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,SOD was higher than that before treatment,and CRP and MDA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,SOD was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Niaoduqing granules combined with coated aldehyde oxystarch in the treatment of CRF is positive,which can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients,improve their renal function and reduce the oxidative stress state of the body.
