小儿热速清颗粒联合复方氨酚甲麻口服液治疗小儿上呼吸道感染伴发热的临床疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的分析小儿热速清颗粒联合复方氨酚甲麻口服液在小儿上呼吸道感染伴发热中的应用效果及安全性。方法选取2021年9月-2023年9月在瑞金市妇幼保健院接受治疗的82例上呼吸道感染伴发热患儿,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组单用复方氨酚甲麻口服液治疗,观察组采用小儿热速清颗粒联合复方氨酚甲麻口服液治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、体温变化情况、炎性因子水平、患儿家属满意度及临床症状改善情况。结果两组治疗24、48、72 h后体温均下降,且观察组患儿下降多于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗72 h后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组发热、鼻塞、流涕、咳嗽等症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CRP、IL-6及WBC水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿热速清颗粒联合复方氨酚甲麻口服液治疗小儿上呼吸道感染伴发热可快速降低患儿体温及炎性因子水平,改善患儿临床症状,且不良反应少,患儿家属满意度高。Objective To analyze the application effect and safety of Xiao'er Resuqing granules combined with compound paracetamol and methyl ephedrine oral solution in children with upper respiratory tract infection and fever.Methods A total of 82 children with upper respiratory tract infection and fever who were treated in Ruijin Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 41 children in each group.The control group was treated with compound paracetamol and methyl ephedrine oral solution alone,and the observation group was treated with Xiao'er Resuqing granules combined with compound paracetamol and methyl ephedrine oral solution.The clinical efficacy,body temperature changes,inflammatory factor levels,family satisfaction and clinical symptom improvement were compared between the two groups.Results The body temperature of the two groups decreased after 24,48 and 72 h of treatment,and the decrease of the observation group was more than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 72 hours of treatment(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,nasal congestion,runny nose and cough in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and WBC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with upper respiratory tract infection and fever,Xiao'er Resuqing granules combined with compound paracetamol and methyl ephedrine oral solution can rapidly reduce the body temperature and inflammatory factor levels,improve the clinical symptoms,with less adverse reactions and high satisfaction of child
