CO_(2)点阵激光联合5%米诺地尔酊治疗斑秃疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析CO_(2)点阵激光联合5%米诺地尔酊治疗斑秃的疗效。方法选取2022年7月至12月本院就诊斑秃患者60例,采用随机法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组予5%米诺地尔酊外用治疗,观察组在CO_(2)点阵激光治疗后外用5%米诺地尔酊治疗,比较两组治疗前后SALT评分、治疗总有效率、美容满意度、疾病复发率和不良反应。结果两组治疗前后比较,治疗1、3个月后观察组SALT评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗3个月后满意度观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组复发率及不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CO_(2)点阵激光联合米诺地尔酊治疗斑秃可提高斑秃治疗疗效,且早期起效,提高患者治疗的整体满意度,且并未增加不良反应的发生率。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of CO_(2)lattice laser combined with 5%minoxidil tincture in the treatment of alopecia areata.Methods Sixty patients with pemphigus vulgaris were selected from our hospital from July to December 2022.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received topical treatment with 5%minoxidil tincture,while the observation group received topical treatment with 5%minoxidil tincture after CO_(2)dot matrix laser treatment.The SALT score,total effective rate,cosmetic satisfaction,disease recurrence rate,and adverse reactions before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results By comparing the two groups before and after treatment,the SALT scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after 1 month and 3 months of treatment(P<0.05).After 3 months of the treatment,the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical differences.There was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion CO_(2)lattice laser combined with minoxidil tincture can improve the therapeutic effect of alopecia areata,and it takes effect early,improving overall patient satisfaction with treatment without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
