双定位像联合FAST技术减少胸部CT辐射剂量的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨双定位像联合快速辅助扫描技术(FAST)减少胸部CT辐射剂量的效果。方法选取2020年12月至2021年5月行胸部CT检查的门诊患者160例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各80例。两组均采用FAST技术,对照组为单定位像,观察组为双定位像。比较两组CT图像的质量、信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)、容积CT剂量指数(CTDIvol)、剂量长度乘积(DLP)、有效剂量(ED)及体型特异性剂量估算(SSDE)。结果观察组与对照组图像质量评分、SNR和CNR值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组CTDIvol、DLP、ED及SSDE比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论采用双定位像联合FAST技术较常规单定位像胸部CT检查,可明显降低患者的辐射剂量,同时图像质量可以满足临床诊断要求。Objective To explore the value of dual localization image combined with fast assisted scanning technology(FAST)to reduce the radiation dose of chest CT.Methods 160 cases of outpatients who underwent chest CT examination from December 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group using random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.FAST technology was used in both groups,with single localization image in the control group and the double localization image in the observation group.The quality of CT images,signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR),volumetric CT dose index(CTDIvol),dose-length product(DLP),effective dose(ED),and body-specific dose estimation(SSDE)were compared between the two groups.Results The differences in image quality scores,SNR and CNR values between the observation and control groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparison of CTDIvol,DLP,ED and SSDE between the two groups showed statistically significant differences(P<0.001).Conclusion The use of dual-localization image combined with FAST technology can significantly reduce the radiation dose to patients compared with conventional single-localization image chest CT examination,while the image quality can meet the clinical diagnostic requirements.
