摘  要:由于在进行电动汽车公共充电服务网络的服务能力动态评估时,没有充分考虑到多种因素影响,导致评估效果较差,为此采用层次分析法对其进行动态评估。该方法首先对充电服务能力的影响因素进行深入分析,以合理安排充电站的位置和数量。其次,根据影响因素的分析结果,考虑电动汽车用户的出行特征以及在充电过程中追求效用最大化的行为倾向,得出对充电站充电需求的预测结果。最后,基于预测结果,采用层次分析法构建充电服务能力评估模型,通过确定各个评价指标的权重,并将这些权重与实际的评价得分相结合,综合计算出充电服务能力的评估结果。实验结果表明:文中提出的方法在评估精度和评估时长方面表现良好,评估精度最高可达到98%,评估时长最高仅为22 s,说明该方法可有效提高评估的精度,并缩短评估所用的时间。Due to insufficient consideration of various factors during the dynamic evaluation of the service capacity of the electric vehicle public charging service network,the evaluation effect is poor.Therefore,the analytic hierarchy process is used to dynamically evaluate the service capacity of the network.This method first conducted an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of charging service capacity,in order to reasonably arrange the location and quantity of charging stations.Then,considering the travel characteristics of electric vehicle users and their tendency to pursue maximum utility during the charging process,a prediction of the charging demand for charging stations was obtained.Finally,a charging service capability evaluation model was constructed using the analytic hierarchy process.By determining the weights of each evaluation indicator and combining these weights with the actual evaluation scores,the evaluation results were comprehensively calculated.The experimental results show that the proposed method performs well in terms of evaluation accuracy and evaluation duration,with a maximum evaluation accuracy of 98%and a maximum evaluation duration of only 22 s.This indicates that the method can effectively improve the accuracy of evaluation and shorten the evaluation time.
