摘　　要：深入探讨了油品装卸作业的准备工作、操作流程以及油品质量控制技术。作业前的准备工作包括检查油品运输及储存设备、确定油品质量标准以及安全措施与环境保护准备。装卸作业流程要求在开始前进行全面的安全检查,选用合适的装卸方法和步骤,并实时监控油品质量。在油品装卸过程中,质量控制技术至关重要,包括油品取样与检测技术、温度与压力控制技术、油水分离技术以及自动化控制与监测系统。This study deeply discusses the preparation,operation process and quality control technology of oil loading and unloading operations.Pre-operation preparation includes inspecting oil transport and storage equipment,determining oil quality standards,and preparing for safety measures and environmental protection.The loading and unloading process requires a comprehensive safety check before it begins,the selection of appropriate loading and unloading methods and procedures,and real-time monitoring of oil quality.Quality control technology is crucial in the process of oil loading and unloading,including oil sampling and testing technology,temperature and pressure control technology,oil-water separation technology,and automatic control and monitoring systems.
