摘  要:冀东油田南堡2-3区NmⅢ组油藏是新开发的常规稠油油藏,油品黏度较大,生产初期含水较低,抽油机井机、杆不同步现象比较严重,造成躺井检泵。本文通过对原油物性、示功图、举升工艺等数据分析,针对不同井斜的井,优选了举升工艺和相应的降黏措施,解决了稠油区块抽油机井机、杆不同步的问题,同时提出了降本增效的措施。The Nm III group oil reservoir in Nanpu 2-3 area of Jidong oilfield is a newly developed conventional heavy oil reservoir with high oil viscosity,low water content in the initial production stage,and serious asynchronous phenomenon between the pumping machine and rod,resulting in well lying and pump inspection.This article analyzes the physical properties of crude oil,indicator diagrams,lifting techniques,and other data to optimize the lifting process and corresponding viscosity reduction measures for wells with different well inclinations.It solves the problem of asynchronous pumping machines and rods in heavy oil blocks and proposes measures to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
