含聚谷氨酸肥料对静宁苹果品质及经济效益的影响

摘　　要：聚谷氨酸对农作物具有增产提质作用。以静宁苹果为试验对象,研究了含聚谷氨酸的神捕肥料套餐方案对苹果外观品质、内在品质、产量及经济效益的影响。结果表明:与传统施肥套餐方案相比,神捕肥料套餐方案可增加苹果挂果数8.30%,提高单果重7.74%,降低果斑果锈发生率28.49%;可提高苹果果实可溶性糖含量9.3%,提高糖酸比17.7%;产量增加2 805 kg/hm^(2),产值增加34 620元/hm^(2),净利润增加30 870元/hm^(2)。神捕肥料套餐方案能改善苹果品质,提高经济效益,值得在西北苹果种植区推广应用。Polyglutamic acid has a yield increasing and quality improving effect on crops.Using Jingning apples as experimental subjects,the study investigated the effects of Shenbu fertilizer package scheme containing polyglutamic acid on the appearance quality,intrinsic quality,yield and economic benefits of apples.The results showed that compared with the traditional fertilization package scheme,the Shenbu fertilizer package scheme could increase the number of apple fruit hanging by 8.3%,increase the weight of a single fruit by 7.74%,and reduce the incidence of fruit spot and rust by 28.49%.It could increase the soluble sugar content of apple fruit by 9.3%and improve the sugar acid ratio by 17.7%.The yield increased by 2805 kg/hm^(2),the output value increased by 34620 yuan/hm^(2),and the net profit increased by 30870 yuan/hm^(2).The Shenbu fertilizer package scheme can improve apple quality and increase economic benefits,which is worth promoting and applying in the apple planting areas of Northwest China.
