摘 要:为了探讨稻麦秸秆源基质在花卉盆栽生产中的应用效果,以草本花卉长春花为试验对象,以生产上常用的草炭基质栽培为对照,以自制的秸秆源基质栽培为处理,开展了盆栽试验。结果表明:秸秆源基质持水率显著低于草炭基质(P<0.05),EC值及碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾含量均显著高于草炭基质(P<0.05);与对照相比,秸秆源基质栽培可以显著促进长春花株高提升、主茎直径增粗、花朵数增加、花瓣直径增大、叶片SPAD值提高和干物质积累(P<0.05)。研究中秸秆源基质较草炭基质可以促进长春花生长发育,原因可能是其碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾含量均显著高于草炭基质。In order to explore the application effect of rice-wheat straw source matrix in production of potted flowers,the pot experiment was carried out with the herb flower periwinkle as the test object,with the cultivation of commonly used peat matrix as the control,and with the cultivation of self-made straw source matrix as the treatment.The results showed that the water holding capacity of straw source matrix was significantly lower than that of peat matrix(P<0.05),the EC value and the contents of alkaline hydrolyzed nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium were significantly higher than those of peat matrix(P<0.05).Compared with the control,the straw source matrix cultivation could significantly promote the increase of plant height,main stem diameter,flower number,petal diameter,leaf SPAD value and dry matter accumulation(P<0.05).In this study,the reason why straw source matrix can promote the growth and development of periwinkle compared with peat matrix may be that its alkaline hydrolyzed nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium content are significantly higher than those of peat matrix.
