开放性植骨术与Ilizarov技术治疗胫骨创伤性骨髓炎的效果对比

摘　　要：目的比较开放性植骨术与Ilizarov技术治疗胫骨创伤性骨髓炎的效果。方法选取开封市祥符区第一人民医院2022年6月至2023年6月收治的130例胫骨创伤性骨髓炎患者,根据治疗方式将其分为研究组与对照组,各65例,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组骨折愈合时间、肉芽组织覆盖时间及感染控制时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组HHS评分、Baird-Jackson评分、生活质量水平及临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对胫骨创伤性骨髓炎患者行开放性植骨术与Ilizarov技术治疗均具有较好的治疗效果,但Ilizarov技术相较于开放性植骨术更有助于加快术后恢复,减少并发症的发生。Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of open bone grafting and Ilizarov technique in the treatment of traumatic osteomyelitis of the tibia.Methods A total of 130 patients with traumatic osteomyelitis of the tibia admitted to Kaifeng Xiangfu District First People’s Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a study group and a control group of 65 cases each according to treatment methods.The control group received open bone grafting surgery for treatment,while the study group received Ilizarov technique for treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The study group had shorter fracture healing time,granulation tissue coverage time,infection control time,and had lower incidence of complications compared to the control group(P<0.05).The HHS score,Baird-Jackson score,quality of life and clinical efficacy of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both open bone grafting and Ilizarov technique have good therapeutic effects on patients with traumatic osteomyelitis of the tibia.However,compared to open bone grafting,Ilizarov technique is more helpful in accelerating postoperative recovery and reducing the occurrence of complications.
