脐灸联合香砂六君子汤对腰椎间盘突出症术后患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨脐灸联合香砂六君子汤对腰椎间盘突出症全麻术后的影响。方法本研究纳入2022年2月至2023年1月在河南中医药大学第一附属医院接受治疗的66例腰椎间盘突出症全麻术后患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各33例。给予对照组术后常规治疗,给予研究组脐灸联合香砂六君子汤治疗,比较两组胃肠功能恢复时间,治疗前及治疗1、2、3 d的血清胃泌素(GAS),术后1、2周及2、6个月的视觉模拟评分(VAS)和日本骨科学会评分系统(JOA)评分。结果研究组肠鸣音恢复、排气及排便时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1、2、3 d血清GAS与治疗前比较均升高(P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后2周及2、6个月,研究组VAS评分低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脐灸联合香砂六君子汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症全麻患者,可快速恢复患者的胃肠功能,提升血清GAS水平,减轻患者疼痛,促进腰椎功能恢复。Objective To explore the effect of umbilical moxibustion combined with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction on lumbar disc herniation after general anesthesia.Methods This study included 66 patients after general anesthesia for lumbar disc herniation treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to January 2023.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment after operation,while the study group was given umbilical moxibustion combined with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction.The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,serum gastrin(GAS)before treatment,1,2 and 3 days after treatment,and visual analog scale(VAS)and Japanese orthopedic association scores(JOA)at 1,2 weeks and 2,6 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results Bowel sound recovery,exhaust gas and defecation time in the study group were shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the serum GAS in the study group increased on the 1st,2nd and 3rd day(P<0.05),and the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Two weeks,2 months and 6 months after surgery,the VAS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,while the JOA score were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Umbilical moxibustion combined with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction can restore the trointestinal function of patients with lumbar disc herniation under general anesthesia,increase the level of serum GAS,relieve the pain of patients and promote the recovery of lumbar function.
