一种适用乒乓球运动器材的改性胶粘剂性能评价研究

摘　　要：为了满足乒乓球运动器材对胶粘剂综合性能要求,采用预聚体合成法制备改性水性聚氨酯胶粘剂,研究了端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)改性胶粘剂性能。结果表明,随着端羟基聚丁二烯质量分数增加,改性胶粘剂胶膜的贮存稳定期都大于6个月,而吸水率逐渐增大,黏度逐渐增大,低温柔顺性由好逐渐转变为很好。随着胶粘剂中HTPB质量分数从3%增加至15%,改性胶粘剂胶膜的接触角从84°逐渐减小48°,胶膜的平均粒径从54.23 nm增加至110.28 nm。随着端羟基聚丁二烯含量增加,改性胶粘剂胶膜的拉伸强度逐渐减小,断后伸长率先增后减,在端羟基聚丁二烯质量分数为9%时,改性胶粘剂胶膜的断后伸长率取得最大值。In order to meet the requirements of the table tennis movement on the comprehensive performance of the adhesive,the modified waterborne polyurethane adhesive was prepared by prepolymer synthesis,and the properties of the modified adhesives with end hydroxyl polybutadiene(HTPB)were studied.The results showed that as the mass fraction of hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene increased,the storage stability period of the modified adhesive film of hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene was greater than 6 months,while the water absorption rate gradually increased,the viscosity gradually increased,and the low-temperature flexibility gradually changed from good to very good.As the HTPB content in the adhesive increased from 3%to 15%,the contact angle of the hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene modified adhesive film gradually decreased from 84°to 48°.As the HTPB content in the adhesive increased from 3%to 15%,the average particle size of the hydroxy terminated polybutadiene modified adhesive film increased from 54.23 nm to 110.28 nm.As the content of hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene increased,the tensile strength of the modified adhesive film gradually decreased,and the elongation after fracture first increased and then decreased.When the content of hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene was 9%,the elongation after fracture of the modified adhesive film reached its maximum value.
