摘  要:采用预聚物工艺成功合成了水性聚氨酯(WBPU)溶胶-凝胶胶粘剂,通过与(3-氨基丙基)三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)进行溶胶-凝胶反应,实现了APTES的引入。APTES的终端胺基与预聚物中的—NCO基团反应,而乙氧基则通过水中的水解和缩合反应在分散步骤中形成Si—O—Si支链结构。试验结果表明,随着APTES含量的增加,合成的WBPU溶胶-凝胶胶粘剂表现出水膨胀率、拉伸强度和杨氏模量的显著提升。尤其是在添加了6.36%的APTES后,粘合强度明显提高,并且在中高温度条件下的水下环境中也表现出卓越的粘合性能。In this paper,waterborne polyurethane(WBPU)sol-gel adhesive was successfully synthesized by prepolymer process,and the introduction of APTES was achieved by a sol-gel reaction with(3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane(APTES).The terminal amine group of APTES reacted with the—NCO group in the prepolymer,while the etoxygroup formed a Si—O—Si branched-chain structure in the dispersion step through hydrolysis and condensation in water.The test results showed that with the increase of APTES content,the synthetic WBPU sol-gel adhesive exhibited significant increases in water expansion,tensile strength and Young’s modulus.In particular,with the addition of 6.36%APTES,the bonding strength was significantly improved,and it also exhibited excellent adhesion performance in underwater environments under medium to high temperature conditions.
