摘 要:纳米粒子的均匀分散是发挥纳米材料奇异特性的前提,也是一个难题。采用多溶剂机械化学复合法,从影响纳米粒子在胶粘剂中分散效果的分散介质、表面活性剂等因素进行分析研究,确定溶剂组成。溶剂中分散介质通过机械力将团聚的二次粒子或多次粒子打开,使其成为处于激发态、具有高反应活性的一次粒子,而后用表面活性剂经由偶联、接枝等方式包覆在纳米粒子表面对其进行改性,使其处于高分散的一次粒子状态,实现了纳米SiO_(2)粒子在环氧树脂胶粘剂中的分散。试验结果表明,分散介质、表面活性剂的选择合理有效,分散工艺切实可行。The uniform dispersion of nanoparticles is a prerquisite,foundation,and guarantee for unleashing the unique properties of nanomaterials,and it is also a challenge.This article uses a multi-solvent mechanochemical composite method to analyze and study the dispersion medium,surfactant and other factors that affect the dispersion effect of nanoparticles in adhesives,and the solvent composition was determined.The dispersed medium in the solvent opened the agglomerated secondary particles or multiple particles through mechanical force to make them primary particles in an excited state with high reactivity,and then coated the surface of the nanoparticles with surfactants through coupling,grafting,etc.,to modify them to make them in a highly dispersed primary particle state,and realized the dispersion of nano SiO_(2)particles in the epoxy resin adhesive.The experimental results showed that the selection of dispersion medium and surfactant was reasonable and effective,and the dispersion process was feasible.
