摘  要:基于双重有机硅为改性剂接枝于丙烯酸主链或侧链,制备了篮球场地用改性丙烯酸胶粘剂,并对其性能进行了测试表征。结果发现,随着改性剂含量增加,改性丙烯酸胶粘剂蓝光逐渐弱化,凝胶率呈现先下降后上升态势,硬度增加,胶膜拉伸强度表现为先提高后降低的趋势,且黏度提高,耐水性提升,粘接性能优化,稳定性较好;随着乳化剂含量增加,改性丙烯酸胶粘剂黏度呈先提高后降低的趋势,含量为3.5%时黏度最高,耐水性最优,凝胶率最低;引发剂含量为0.3%时改性丙烯酸胶粘剂聚合效果更佳;基于改性丙烯酸胶粘剂的篮球场地试样综合性能表现优异。Based on the double silicone as modifier grafted on the acrylic main chain or side chain,the modified acrylic adhesive for basketball court was prepared,and its properties are tested and characterized.The results showed that with the increase of modifier content,the blue light of the modified acrylic adhesive gradually weakened,the gel rate showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing,the hardness increased,the water resistance of the adhesive film significantly improved,the tensile strength of the adhesive film showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and the viscosity increased,the water resistance improved,the adhesive performance was optimized,and the stability was good.With the increase of emulsifier content,the viscosity of the modified acrylic adhesive increased first and then decreased,and when the content was 3.5%,the viscosity was the highest,the water resistance was the best,and the gel rate was the lowest.The polymerization effect of modified acrylic adhesive was better when the initiator content was 0.3%.The comprehensive performance of basketball court samples based on modified acrylic adhesive was excellent.
