摘  要:本研究通过纳米颗粒改性无机胶粘剂,以立方晶系结构的纳米硅碳化物(β-SiC)作为填料,在β-SiC中,β代表的是纳米硅碳化物(SiC)的一种晶态变体或晶体结构类型,通过采用表面改性剂对其进行优化,制备了改性后的纳米SiC改性无机胶粘剂。通过胶粘剂拉伸剪切强度试验、疲劳试验和剥离实验,对改性后的胶粘剂进行了粘接强度分析。实验结果表明:含量为40%时,拉伸剪切强度达到13.5 MPa,疲劳寿命迭代次数达到了67个循环周期,剥离强度为46.7 N/mm^(2),说明纳米颗粒改性明显提高了无机胶粘剂的粘接性能。这为无机胶粘剂在各种应用领域中提供了更好的性能和可靠性。In this study,the inorganic adhesive was modified by nanoparticles,with cubic crystal structure of nanosilicon carbide(β-SiC)as the filler,Inβ-SiC,βrepresents a crystalline variant or type of crystal structure of nano-silicon carbide(SiC).The modified nano-SiC inorganic adhesive was prepared by using surface modifiers to optimize the adhesives.The adhesive strength of the modified adhesive was analyzed through tensile shear strength tests,fatigue tests,and peel tests.The experimental results showed that at a content of 40%,the tensile shear strength reached 13.5 MPa,the fatigue life iteration number was 67 cycles,and the peel strength was 46.7 N/mm^(2),indicating that the modification of nanoparticles significantly improved the bonding performance of inorganic adhesives.This provides better performance and reliability for inorganic adhesives in various application fields.
