摘  要:为了研究低标号50#硬质沥青在沥青路面中、下面层的动态粘弹特性,利用简单性能试验机(SPT)开展中下面层50#硬质沥青混合料单轴压缩动态模量,基于时温等效原理(TTSP)确定沥青混合料的动态模量主曲线,并与中、下面层广泛应用的70#基质沥青和SBS改性沥青混合料进行对比研究。结果表明,动态模量随温度的升高而降低,随频率增加而增大;采用Sigmoidal函数模型构建“S”型动态模量主曲线,可以从更宽温域和时域预测中下面层沥青混合料动态模量;相较于基质沥青和SBS改性沥青混合料,50#硬质沥青混合料力学性能优异,抗车辙能力强,但温度敏感性高;频率是影响动态模量的主要因素;温度是影响相位角的主要因素,进行路面设计时,需考虑路面的外部实际环境。In order to study the dynamic viscoelastic characteristics of low-grade 50#hard asphalt in the middle and lower layers of asphalt pavement,the uniaxial compressive dynamic modulus of 50#hard asphalt mixture in the middle and lower layers was carried out by using a simple performance testing machine(SPT),the main dynamic modulus of the asphalt mixture was determined based on the time-temperature equivalence principle(TTSP),and compared with the 70#matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt mixture widely used in the middle and lower layers.The results showed that the dynamic modulus decreased with the increase of temperature and increased with the increase of frequency.The Sigmoidal function model was used to construct the main curve of the"S"-type dynamic modulus,which could predict the dynamic modulus of the middle and lower asphalt mixture from a wider temperature and time domain.Compared with matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt mixture,50#shadow asphalt mixture had excellent mechanical properties,strong rutting resistance,but high temperature sensitivity.Frequency was the main factor affecting the dynamic modulus.Temperature was the main factor affecting the phase angle,and the external actual environment of the pavement needs to be considered when designing the pavement.
