摘 要:针对产品包装中胶粘剂材料在高温、高湿等环境中剥离强度低、耐热性差等问题,试验制备了一种适用于产品包装用的环保型聚氨酯胶粘剂,并采用KH-570型硅烷偶联剂以及E-51型环氧树脂进行改性,然后研究其性能。试验结果表明,在胶粘剂中添加KH-570型硅烷偶联剂,可以增强其复合效果,材料的剥离强度、耐热性良好;在高温蒸煮前,添加1%KH-570的剥离强度最高,为27.65 N/(25 mm),增幅为51.7%,而在高温蒸煮后,添加1%KH-570的剥离强度最高,为16.24 N/(25 mm),增幅为64.4%;在高温蒸煮前后,最佳E-51型环氧树脂添加量均为10%,剥离强度分别为27.55 N/(25 mm)、18.24 N/(25 mm),增幅分别为59.7%、90.6%;试验确定E-51型环氧树脂对胶粘剂的改性效果最佳。In order to solve the problems of low peel strength and poor heat resistance of adhesive materials in product packaging under high temperature and high humidity environments,an environmentally friendly polyurethane adhesive suitable for product packaging was prepared in an experiment,and KH-570 silane coupling agent and E-51 epoxy resin were used to modify,and then its properties were studied.The experimental results showed that adding KH-560 silane coupling agent to the adhesive enhanced its composite effect,and the material had good peel strength and heat resistance.Before high-temperature cooking,the addition of 1%KH-570 had the highest peel strength at 27.65 N/(25 mm),an increase of 51.7%.However,after high-temperature cooking,the addition of 1%KH-570 had the highest peel strength at 16.24 N/(25 mm),an increase of 64.4%.Before and after high-temperature cooking,the optimal amount of E-51 epoxy resin added was 10wt%,and the peel strength was 27.55 N/(25 mm)and 18.24 N/(25 mm),respectively,with an increase of 59.7%and 90.6%;This experiment determined that E-51 epoxy resin has the best modification effect on the adhesive.
