摘 要:为有效解决预制装配式建筑接缝密封问题,制备生成了硅烷改性氯磺化聚乙烯聚醚胶(CSM聚醚胶),并对其性能进行了应用测试表征。结果发现,硅烷掺入可在一定程度上提高改性CSM聚醚胶冲击强度,而低温状态时冲击强度相比室温状态时显著较低;随着硅烷掺入量增加,改性CSM聚醚胶拉伸强度增长率并不高,而断裂伸长率呈现出先升高后降低的态势,可见韧性更高,适用性更大;相较于未掺入硅烷的CSM聚醚胶,硅烷改性CSM聚醚胶的粘接强度相对更高,且破坏形式只停留于胶体破坏,粘附结构未出现变化,所以需定量掺入硅烷以改性CSM聚醚胶;掺入定量硅烷改性CSM聚醚胶可有效提高其热稳定性与耐热性。In order to effectively solve the sealing problem of prefabricated building joints,silane modified chlorosulfonated polyethylene polyether adhesive(CSM polyether adhesive)was prepared and generated,and its properties were characterized by application tests.The results showed that the addition of silane could improve the impact strength of modified CSM polyether adhesive to a certain extent,and the impact strength at low temperature was significantly lower than that at room temperature.As the amount of silane added increased,the tensile strength growth rate of modified CSM polyether adhesive was not high,while the elongation at break showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,indicating higher toughness and greater applicability.Compared to CSM polyether adhesives without the addition of silane,the adhesive strength of CSM polyether adhesives modified with silane was relatively higher,and the failure mode only stayed in the form of colloid failure,with no change in the adhesive structure,therefore,it wa necessary to quantitatively add silane to modify CSM polyether adhesives.Adding quantitative silane to modify CSM polyether adhesive can effectively improve its thermal stability and heat resistance.
