摘 要:为提高骨缺损等骨科疾病的治疗效果,以聚乳酸(PLA)为主要材料制备纳米纤维膜,以壳聚糖(CS)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)为主要材料制备复合海绵;然后将纳米纤维膜与复合海绵复合,制备可降解的复合材料,并对其性能和临床应用效果进行研究。结果表明,磷酸钙(TCP)和芒柄花苷(BR)的添加,可以促进细胞增殖,提高材料面密度。PLA/CS/PVA/NCP/BR可降解复合材料的纤维平均直径和CV值分别为0.308μm、0.15,纳米纤维膜和复合海绵表面的接触角分别为43.67°、69.36°,亲水性良好。该材料具备较高的面密度以及厚度可调控性,生物相容性更好,骨修复临床应用效果良好。To improve the treatment effect of orthopedic diseases such as bone defects,a nanofiber membrane was prepared using polylactic acid(PLA)as the main material,and a composite sponge was prepared using chitosan(CS)and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as the main materials.Then,the nanofiber membrane was combined with composite sponge to prepare degradable composite materials,and their properties and clinical application effects were studied.The results showed that the addition of calcium phosphate(TCP)and gibberellin(BR)promoted cell proliferation and increased the surface density of the material.The average fiber diameter and CV value of PLA/CS/PVA/NCP/BR biodegradable composite material were 0.308μm and 0.15,respectively.The contact angles between the nanofiber membrane and the composite sponge surface were 43.67°and 69.36°,respectively,indicating good hydrophilicity.This material has high surface density and adjustable thickness,better biocompatibility,and good clinical application effect in bone repair.
