摘  要:为解决配电台区三相不平衡负荷问题,保证配电台区长久安全稳定的运行,基于动力规划研究出一种负荷调整方法。分析配电台区范围内用电市场力偏好以及可能引起的动力负荷变化,建立三相负荷不平衡指标评估体系,通过评估指标确定三相负荷是否处于不平衡状态,利用不平衡度区分不同因素造成的影响因素,建立函数计算变压器的实际负载率,在基因编码基础上,建立不平衡调整换相策略,根据最大限度平衡和减少换相开关调整次数,根据目标函数实现平衡换相调整。经实验证明,所提方法能有效完成三相不平衡负荷调整,滤除谐波,提高配电台区稳定性。In order to solve the problem of three-phase unbalanced load in the distribution area and ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of the distribution area,a load adjustment method based on power planning was developed.By analyzing the power preference of the power market and the power load changes that may be caused by the distribution station area,the three-phase load unbalance index evaluation system was established,then whether the three-phase load in an unbalanced state was determined through the evaluation index,the influencing factors caused by different factors were distinguished by the unbalance degree,the actual load rate of the transformer was calculated by the function calculation,the unbalance adjustment commutation strategy was established on the basis of gene coding,and the balance commutation adjustment was realized according to the objective function according to the maximum balance and reduction of the number of commutation switch adjustments.Experimental results showed that the proposed method could effectively adjust three-phase unbalanced loads,filter out harmonics,and improve the stability of the distribution station area.
