摘  要:文章从技术、市场、管理、环境等维度识别了电网企业科技成果转化风险,设计了科技成果转化风险评价指标体系,构建了基于FUCOM-F和Vague集的电网企业科技成果转化风险评估模型,以某电网企业项目为案例进行了分析。结果表明,成熟度风险、先进性风险和配套技术可获取风险是电网企业科技成果转化面临的最重要风险,市场需求、技术竞争力和市场可接受度是需要重点关注的风险因素。为降低科技成果转化风险,电网企业应进一步加强科技成果孵化,建设全专业人才队伍,建立企业级科技成果转化技术专委会并健全相关的激励机制。In this paper,the risk of transformation of scientific and technological achievements of power grid enterprises was identified from the dimensions of technology,market,management and environment,the risk evaluation index system of transformation of scientific and technological achievements was designed,and the risk assessment model of scientific and technological achievements transformation of power grid enterprises based on FUCOM-F and Vague set was constructed,and a power grid enterprise project was taken as a case to analyze.The results show that maturity risk,advanced risk and availability risk of supporting technology were the most important risks faced by power grid enterprises in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and market demand,technological competitiveness and market acceptability were the risk factors that need to be paid attention to.In order to reduce the risk of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,power grid enterprises should further strengthen the incubation of scientific and technological achievements,build a team of professional talents,establish a special committee for the transformation of enterprise scientific and technological achievements and improve the relevant incentive mechanism.
