摘 要:县域产业结构转型与数字化协同发展是推进以县城为载体的城镇化建设的核心要点之一,也是实现县城高质量发展的内生动力。基于系统论、共生理论构建TDE框架,采用我国31个县(县级市)的案例,运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法考察县域产业结构转型与数字化协同的关键要素及组态路径。研究发现:县域产业结构转型与数字化协同是技术赋能、数字经济与环境支撑维度下多个条件变量交互作用的结果;二者高水平协同的驱动类型有5种,分别为“技术—数字经济”型、“技术—环境”型、“数字经济—环境”型、全能平衡型、数字经济主导全能型,其中“数字经济—环境”型最为普遍;数字经济在推进高水平协同进程中的作用尤为突出,技术赋能中的数字技术应用和环境支撑中的人口因素也起到了关键作用。The coordinated development of county industrial structure transformation and digitalization is one of the core points to promote the urbanization construction with county as the carrier,and is the endogenous driving force to realize the high-quality development of county.This study constructs the TDE framework based on systems theory,symbiosis theory,using the cases of 31 counties(county-level cities)in China.The fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method is used to investigate the key elements and configuration paths of county industrial structure transformation and digital collaboration.The results are as below.Firstly,county-level industrial structure transformation and digital collaboration are the result of the interaction of multiple conditional variables under the dimension of technology empowerment,digital economy and environmental support.Secondly,there are five high-level collaborative driving types,namely,“technology-digital economy”type,“technology-environment”type,“digital economy-environment”type,all-round balance type,and digital economy leading all-around type.“Digital economy-environment”type is the most common one.Lastly,digital economy plays a particularly prominent role in promoting the process of high-level coordination,and the application of digital technology in technology empowerment and demographic factors in the environmental support also play a key role.
