摘 要:针对石蜡定型相变材料(PCM)存在的可燃性等缺陷,本文采用一种新型的聚磷酸酯阻燃剂(OL1001),并探索OL1001与二乙基次磷酸铝(ADP)复配后对定型相变材料(高密度聚乙烯/石蜡)阻燃性能的影响,随后引入自由基捕捉剂NOR116,研究了3种阻燃剂在不同比例下对定型PCM阻燃性、热稳定性、储热性、泄漏量等性能的影响规律,并探索了其阻燃机理。燃烧结果显示,当ADP∶OL1001∶NOR116的质量比为16∶8∶1时,总添加质量分数为23%时,PCM可以通过V-2级(0.8 mm),极限氧指数(LOI)达到25.1%,并具有较好的热稳定性和成炭性。同时,差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测试显示,阻燃后的PCM的储热性可以达到91.4 J/g,具有良好的储热性。热降解动力学显示,表观活化能提高到83.4 kJ/mol,表明引入该体系到材料中后可以显著的提高材料的热稳定性,延缓材料降解。泄露测试表明,阻燃PCM材料在70℃以下无泄漏。力学测试结果显示,阻燃体系对PCM材料的力学性能会产生少量不利影响。扫描电镜(SEM)显示,在凝聚相形成了稳定的炭层。For the fire defects of paraffin-based form-stable phase change materials(PCM),a novel polyphosphate flame retardant(OL1001)was adopted.The influences of OL1001 and diethylaluminum phosphite(ADP)on the flame retardancy of form-stable PCM(high-density polyethylene/paraffin)were also studied.Meanwhile,the free radical catcher NOR116 was introduced to study the effects of three flame retardants on the flame retardancy,thermstability,heat storage and leakage properties of form-stable PCM in different proportions,and the flame retardancy mechanism was explored.The combustion results show that when the mass ratio of ADP∶OL1001∶NOR116 is 16∶8∶1 with a total addition amount of 23%,PCM could achieve a V-2 rating(0.8 mm)and its LOI could reach 25.1%,it also has good thermal stability and char formation performance.DSC test shows that the heat storage performance of the flame-retardant PCM could reach 91.4 J/g,revealing a good heat storage performance.The thermal degradation kinetics shows that the apparent activation energy is increased to 83.4 kJ/mol,and the thermal stability of the material is significantly improved after the system is introduced.Leakage test shows that the flame-retardant PCM material has no leakage below 70℃.The mechanical test results show that the flame-retardant system has a small adverse effect on the mechanical properties of PCM materials.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)shows that the system forms a stability char layer in the condensed phase.
