摘　　要：锦纶6/涤纶皮芯复合纤维是一种新型纤维,在现有的纤维定性鉴别体系中暂无有效的鉴别方法。本文采用熔点法快速剥离皮层纤维,同时结合传统显微镜法和溶解法建立了一种操作简便、高效的锦纶6/涤纶皮芯复合纤维定性鉴别方法。该鉴别方法操作简单、成本低、不需使用大型设备,可有效鉴别锦纶6/涤纶皮芯复合纤维并可应用于类似复合纤维的鉴别中。Nylon 6/Polyester skin-core composite fiber is a new type of fiber.Currently,there is no effective identification method within the fibre qualitative identification system.This article presents a method using the melting point method to quickly peel off the cortical fibers,combined with the traditional microscopy and dissolution methods,to establish a simple and efficient qualitative identification method for nylon 6/polyester skin-core composite fibers.The method is simple to operate,low-cost,and does not require the use of large equipment.It can effectively identify nylon 6/polyester skin-core composite fibers and can be applied to the identification of similar composite fibers.
