摘　　要：为解决纺织非遗产业发展的现存问题并发挥其竞争优势,本研究通过分析该产业的运行过程,借助波特钻石模型,建立了纺织非遗产业竞争力的评价指标体系。进一步利用网络层次分析法(ANP)构建了评价指标的关联结构模型,并结合德尔菲法及专家打分法确定各指标权重。为验证模型的有效性,选取了浙江、湖南和贵州3个省份进行实证分析。本研究得到的评价模型为地方政府制定促进纺织非遗产业发展的战略政策提供了重要的理论依据和实践指导。To address the existing issues in the development of the textile intangible cultural heritage industry and leverage its competitive advantages,an evaluation system for the competitiveness of the textile intangible cultural heritage industry is established by analyzing the operation process of the industry and using Porter's Diamond model.A correlation structure model of the evaluation indicators was further constructed using Analytic Hierarchy Process(ANP),and the weights of each indicator were determined by combining the Delphi method and expert scoring method.To verify the effectiveness of the model,three provinces,Zhejiang,Hunan,and Guizhou,were selected for empirical analysis.The evaluation model obtained in this study provides an important theoretical basis and practical guidance for local governments to formulate strategic policies to promote the development of the textile intangible cultural heritage industry.
