摘　　要：中国共产党在开启、推动和引领中国改革事业的进程中所凝练出的一系列深邃而独特的改革话语,绝非简单的实践映射或经验归纳,而是对改革实践内在规律的深刻洞察和对改革理论核心逻辑的精准表达,蕴含着深厚的思想意蕴。展开来讲,这种意蕴内在地包含于改革的整体进程、内在规律、基本原则和目标指向之中,外在地表现为求真务实、人民中心、平等追求、正义法治、敢闯敢试以及核心权威等突出特征。当前,深入剖析并准确解读这些改革话语,不仅有助于增强改革话语的科学性与合法性,强化其解释力与影响力,也有助于洞悉改革的本质规律与正确方向,从而为当前全面深化改革事业提供坚实的理论支撑与实践指导。The series of profound and unique reform discourses developed by the Chinese Communist Party(CCP)during the initiation,promotion,and leadership of China's reform efforts is not merely a simple reflection of practice or an empirical summary.Rather,it represents a deep insight into the inherent laws of reform practice and a precise articulation of the core logic of reform theory,embodying rich ideological implications.Specifically,these implications are intrinsically embedded in the overall process,internal dynamics,fundamental principles,and goal orientation of reform.Externally,they are manifested through prominent features such as pragmatism,people-centeredness,the pursuit of equality,justice under the rule of law,courage in experimentation,and central authority.At present,a thorough analysis and accurate interpretation of these reform discourses not only help enhance their scientific and legitimate foundation,reinforcing their explanatory power and influence,but also aid in understanding the essential laws and correct direction of reform.In turn,this provides solid theoretical support and practical guidance for the current comprehensive deepening of reform efforts.
