摘　　要：低空经济是我国发展新质生产力的重要切入点,其高质量发展既是新兴产业迈向成熟产业的内在要求,也是赋能强国建设目标的必由之路。我国围绕低空经济出台了一系列扶持政策,各地区掀起了低空经济发展热潮,并取得了初步成就。然而,我国低空经济发展在规模扩张、应用场景、技术设施、政策环境等方面仍面临诸多制约,必须系统探索我国低空经济高质量发展的有效路径。我们要以培育发展新质生产力为导向,构建低空经济的现代化产业体系;以进一步全面深化改革为契机,构建低空经济的集成化政策体系;以全方位强化全面创新为主线,构建低空经济的协同化动力体系;以全国统一大市场建设为纽带,构建低空经济的系统化支撑体系。The low-altitude economy represents a key entry point for the development of new quality productivity in China.Its high-quality development is not only an inherent requirement for emerging industries to mature but also a crucial pathway to empower national strength objectives.China has introduced a series of supportive policies for the low-altitude economy,and various regions have initiated a wave of development,achieving initial successes.However,the high-quality development of the low-altitude economy in China still faces numerous constraints in areas such as scale expansion,application scenarios,technological infrastructure,and policy environment.Therefore,it is essential to systematically explore effective pathways for the high-quality development of the low-altitude economy in China,including:cultivating and developing new quality productivity as a guiding principle to build a modern industrial system for the low-altitude economy;using further comprehensive deepening of reforms as an opportunity to establish an integrated policy system for the low-altitude economy;focusing on comprehensive innovation to construct a collaborative power system for the low-altitude economy;and leveraging the construction of a unified national market as a link to build a systematic support system for the low-altitude economy.
