摘  要:以广州市海珠湾隧道工程为例,针对超大直径泥水盾构工程中的复杂红层泥质粉砂岩渣浆处理和利用问题展开了技术升级研究,并针对工程中存在的处理工艺重复、分离与利用工艺割裂、智能化程度低等问题,提出了优化升级策略。针对处理工艺重复的问题,提出了渣浆集中一体化调理策略。通过整合现有工艺中功能相同或相近的设备或模块,构建了高效集成的渣浆处理工艺与设备系统。针对分离与利用工艺割裂的问题,提出了采用地聚物基絮凝-固化剂耦合调理策略。复杂红层渣浆中的砂质成分和泥质成分在地聚物基絮凝-固化作用下,可分别形成性能良好的壁后注浆砂浆和流态填料。针对智能化程度低的问题,提出了基于点云、图像、近红外光谱的融合算法,从而提高渣浆处理工艺的智能化程度。该研究服务于超大直径泥水盾构渣浆的处理与利用,可为相关工程提供参考。Taking the Haizhuwan Tunnel Project in Guangzhou as an example,a technical upgrade study was conducted on the treatment and utilization of complex red layer mudstone and siltstone slurry in ultra large diameter slurry shield engineering.Optimization and upgrading strategies were proposed to address the problems of repeated treatment processes,separation and utilization processes,and low intelligence level in the project.A centralized and integrated conditioning strategy for slag slurry has been proposed for the issue of repeated processing techniques.By integrating equipment or modules with similar or identical functions in existing processes,an efficient integrated slag slurry treatment process and equipment system have been constructed.A coupling conditioning strategy by geopolymer based flocculants and solidifying agents was proposed to solve the issue of separation and process separation utilization.Under the coagulation and solidification of geopolymer based materials,the sand and mud components in the complex red layer slag slurry can form high-performance wall grouting mortar and flow flling material respectively.Aiming at the problem of low intelligence level,a fusion algorithm based on point cloud,image and near-infrared spectroscopy is proposed to improve the intelligence level of slag slurry treatment process.This study serves the treatment and utilization of ultra large diameter slurry shield,and provide reference for related projects.
