摘 要:半盖挖法是目前地铁车站基坑施工常用的施工工艺之一,能够有效保证地面交通的正常通行,但同时也导致采用半盖挖法处的车站基坑盾构始发困难。因此,依托山东省济南市地铁4号线燕山立交桥东站的盾构始发施工,针对盾构机等大型机具的吊装下井、盾构机组装和井下平移等环节进行了分析;总结了盾构机吊装、平移的施工步骤,确定了平移轨道的铺设以及平移托架的布置等施工技术要点,验算了平移托架以及顶推油缸的作用力与承载力;同时进行了风险因素分析,提出了盾构机在吊装时出现高空坠落、平移时出现倾覆或机械伤害时的应对措施。该盾构机井下平移方案对于类似大直径盾构始发施工具有参考意义。Semi-covered excavation method is one of the commonly construction techniques for subway station pit construction,which can effectively ensure the normal passage of ground traffic.But at the same time,it also causes the difficulty of shield launching.Relying on the construction of Yanshan Interchange East Station of Jinan Metro Line 4 in Shandong Province,the lifting&taken down the shaft,shield assembly and underground translation and other links of the shield and other large-scale equipment are analyzed;The construction steps of shield lifting and translation are summarized.The technical points of the laying and arrangement of the translation track are determined.The force and bearing capacity of the translation bracket and the jacking cylinder are calculated.At the same time,risk factors are analyzed.The countermeasures are proposed in case of fall of shield machine from height during lifting,overturning of shield structure or mechanical injuries during translation.The proposed schme is of reference significance for similar large-diameter shield launching construction.
